If high sec mining is so dangerous, why not mine in low sec or null?

It is high security, tank your hulk and concord will save you in ~7 seconds.
Play in low sec/null sec and the guy could have killed you in a noob ship and he still wouldn't have lost it.

One more try at this. What you're having issue with are the defining principles of EvE. You can play the game however you want. So can everyone else. Including Goonswarm. Putting bounties on Exhumers and Barges is currently how they want to play the game. Your choices are to adapt or suffer the consequences. Ahh, the old "just one more nerf" cry of the perpetually oppressed high sec.
Despite having received continuous buffs to safety and income since the game's release they somehow still manage to make out that they have the short end of the stick. It always seems to be that "one more buff" until they finally quit whining.

I love how so many care bears fight to get rid of suicide ganking, on the grounds that it isn't "real" or fair combat.
Then they corp hop every chance they get, and vehemently oppose any fixes to war dec evasion that would render suicide ganking obsolete.

It will be enough when highsec players are invincible, obviously. Sometimes I wonder if certain elements of the playerbase would be more happy playing X3: Terran Conflict. Pick twenty high sec miners.
